The health and well-being of our staff and customers is always our number one priority.
The whole country is experiencing a challenging time with the outbreak of COVID-19 and we all have to do our bit and listen to government advice in these difficult times.
Here is what we are currently doing to keep our customers and staff as safe as we possibly can:
✅ All technicians must wear gloves at all times when entering the workshop and a fresh pair of gloves will be used for every new vehicle they work on.
✅ Everyone must also wash their hands between each vehicle worked on and before entering the workshop control, reception or canteen areas.
✅ All managers and Service Advisors must wear fresh gloves every time they enter the workshop area and each time they enter a customer’s vehicle. Hand washing is essential after each situation.
✅ All counter surfaces, door handles and other commonly touched surfaces will be cleaned & disinfected on a regular basis. Magazines and books have been removed for hygiene purposes.
✅ Card machines will be cleaned & disinfected after every use and as a precautionary measure, we will be disinfecting cars keys when handed over to our counter staff.
We hope you understand the reasoning behind these measures and apologise in advance if we seem busier than usual whilst we undertake these tasks.
We fully intend to stay open throughout the whole of the outbreak and will continue business as usual unless we are told otherwise.
